Decentralisation, Local Governance and Community Development
DEVTPLAN CONSULT offers consultancy services, training and workshop facilitation for Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs), Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), and Civil Society Organizations.

Devtplan consult has been certified by the Local Governance Service Secretariat to provide generic and demand driven consultancy services to Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies in  Ghana.
We employ various participatory learning and action methodologies, community animation and facilitation techniques and adult learning techniques in our work.


Specific services provided by the firm include:

Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation.
Devtplan consult has the experience and expertise in managing local and donor funded projects. Individual consultants within Devtplan team have played lead roles in managing local governance, agriculture, educational and health related projects funded by development partners such as the World Bank, European Union, JICA, USAID among others.
We also have expertise in designing, monitoring and evaluation of systems and plans, undertaking project mid-term and completion evaluation for projects and institutions.
